Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Accountability & Activities:
– Develop and maintain the document system that controls the organization’s quality standards, including amending, reviewing, and issuing.
– Ensure all personnel are adequately trained on procedures affecting their job function and aware of their role within the QA system.
– Coordinate and execute internal Quality Audits at least twice a year to ensure correct implementation of the Quality Assurance System.- Maintain contract with the official certification organization and manage inspection and calibration records.
– Identify and eliminate non-conformances within the quality system, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
– Identify and implement training for personnel on quality assurance needs, especially for system changes.
– Register and follow up on customer, internal, and supplier complaints.
– Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical submittals, and marketing materials.
– Update catalog and maintain technical standards and specifications.
– Coordinate internal sales activities, including follow-up on quotations and customer technical support.
– Prepare and control the company’s QA manual and all quality documentation.
– Perform internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.
– Verify customer quality requirements documentation submittals.
– Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend improvements.
– Coordinate quality-related correspondence with customers.
– Review and amend the QMS to suit changing business trends and organizational structure.
– Handle customer third-party audits and initiate necessary corrective and preventive actions.
– Manage the calibration and maintenance of measuring/testing equipment.
– Review the correctness of job-specific quality records prior to issuance to clients.
– Ensure consistent conformity of products/services to meet customer satisfaction.
Experience/Education & Certification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Polymer engineering
– ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification

Required Experience:
- – 5-6 years experience in a similar work environment, with a preference for manufacturing experience.
