Job Requirements and Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\u2022 Supervise the assembly team to ensure adherence to work instructions, drawings, and customer requirements.
\u2022 Collaborate with foremen to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations.
\u2022 Develop and implement process improvements to minimize waste, reduce costs, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
\u2022 Conduct thorough self-checks, complete accurate documentation, and provide valuable feedback to improve processes.
\u2022 Ensure proper factory equipment maintenance, tools, and calibration standards, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
\u2022 Identify and escalate quality issues promptly, contributing to the development of quality problem reports and non-conformance reports.
\u2022 Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication across departments.
\u2022 Comply with safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and housekeeping practices, maintaining a safe working environment.
\u2022 Actively participate in lean culture initiatives, continuously suggesting ideas and improving processes.
\u2022 Offer constructive feedback, share insights, and foster open dialogue to promote growth and innovation.
\u2022 Carry out additional tasks assigned by management to fulfil job requirements and support business goals.<\/p>

<\/p>

Education qualification:<\/strong>
Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics\/Mechatronics Engineering – a four-year regular program at an accredited university.<\/p>

Knowledge and Experience:<\/strong>
\u2022 Preferred: 4 years of experience in the production field with some basic knowledge of maintenance.\u00a0
\u2022 Proven experience in Electrical engineering production or a similar role.
\u2022 FRP\/GRP industry experience is a greater advantage.
\u2022 Knowledge of equipment, including production machinery, HVAC systems, PLC systems, hydraulic machines, and injection molding machines, among others.
\u2022 Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
\u2022 Good reporting and documentation skills.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of electrical systems.<\/p>
